Augustus Childres is a Cleveland, OH born actor and producer local to New York and Los Angeles.
Augustus received his Bachelor of the Arts degree in Film and Media Studies from Colorado College in the summer of 2021, all the while studying acting and theatre both at CC and programs such as the the New York Film Academy and the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. He has also studied at programs such as T. Schreiber Studio, the American Academy of Arts, One on One NYC, and the Take Action Workshop with Jon Shear.
In 2022, Augustus co-founded the Brooklyn based production company Wrong Place Productions with fellow producer Sasha Shapiro. Together they have produced several commercial and original projects around New York with more slated for release in 2026.
Augustus has also been very active in the New York Theatre scene, performing in original plays at the New York Theatre Festival, the Spark Theatre festival and has performed with companies such as Making Our Space Theatre Co.,Murmuration Theatre Co., & Wreckless Few Theatre Co..
